We currently have a vacancy for a Shift Leader – Duty Manager wanting to take the next step and run a shift, working in our busy restaurant.
To be successful in this role you must be friendly, outgoing, high level of personal presentation, outstanding communication skills, be hard working and able to cope under pressure with a can do attitude.
Key criteria required –
- Able to lead and manage our front of house team
- Take responsibility for the front of house service standards
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required on rostered basis
- Control the flow of orders to our kitchen
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Holds a current duty managers licence
- Min 4 years experience in hospitality work
