Service Co-ordinator – Security Industry ( Part time)

Based in Kings Cross

Full Time or Part Time (3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday)

The role

  • Ensure a high-level of customer service through effective responses to enquiries and managing projects
  • Answering phones and responding to client enquiries
  • Coordinating servicemen schedule and materials for projects
  • General administrative duties as required

To be successful in this position it is essential you have;

  • The ability to work well under deadlines, to prioritise, and to be accountable 
  • Previous experience scheduling tradesmen / technicians and or managing work flow is highly advantageous 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Demonostrated ability to work effectively as part of a team 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Intermediate – knowledge of MS Office software and computer skills
  • Aroflo System is used and training will be provided
