The Company

This global medical company is looking for a switched on receptionist to come on board for a permanent opportunity.

The Role

Reporting to the EA & HR Manager, this role will include the following responsibilities:

  • General Front of House/Reception duties
  • Ensure phones/emails are attended to quickly and customer queries are handled appropriately and in a professional manner
  • Ensure queries are dealt with on a timely basis.
  • General administration/sales support tasks as required

Your Profile

You will be an experienced Receptionist who will be capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing when necessary. You will have experience taking on ad-hoc administration duties and assisting other members of staff.
