We are a family owned and managed company that manufactures and distributes Asphalt and Bitumen repair products throughout Australasia via our network of customers and re-sellers.   

70% of the role is customer relations; phoning existing customers to check on stock levels and maintaining and developing relationships. Advises of any product changes etc. 10% of the role is booking freight in for email orders and 20% administration surrounding the orders

We are currently seeking a casual customer service officer in the Brisbane area.

This is a work from home role with work hours flexible but must be during office hours and at least 4 days per week (total 18 hours per week).  Some attendance at the Brisbane depot may be required for team meetings.   

A company mobile phone and computer will also be provided for home office use.

  • Be a customer service champion
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great time management
  • Enjoy working independently
  • Basic shipping and logistics understanding and/or experience
  • Proven track record of reliability – references required
