Merrell is searching for  casual Sales Assistants with demonstrated customer service excellence to work with us in our Warringah Mall store. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Sales Assistant or someone who is truly passionate about our brands and products to work closely with the Store Manager in creating a high performing store.

We are seeking Sales Assistants who take their own initiative and can tackle new challenges head on. In return for your success in this role you will become an integral part of an exciting family team culture, building great friendships with colleagues and genuine connections with customers.

The Position:

This positions will be based at our Warringah Mall store and you will be required have the flexibility to work during our peak retail sales times throughout the week and on weekends.

This position involves:

  • Providing excellent customer service with every transaction
  • Working as a team to achieve individual  and store sales target and KPIs
  • Preparing and performing stocktakes
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Ad-hoc store administration duties as required

Selection Criteria: 

The successful applicants will have the following mix of technical and personal skills:

  • Previous customer service experience and/or show a genuine and natural ability to relate with others
  • Well presented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Pride in your ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
