Career opportunities now exist for Customer Experience and Sales Agents representing our client Telstra, at our contact centre in West Perth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Calling existing Telstra customers, delivering great customer experience. 
  • Offer Personalised solutions across the entire range of Telstra products.
  • Engage customers and offer value based solutions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills (listening, verbal and writing).
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable team player.
  • Previous experience isn’t mandatory as full product training is provided.
