The Credit Controller is an integral member of the firm. They will provide, an efficient and accurate service whilst maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism with both external and internal clients and team members in accordance with the Bentleys SA Service Standards. This role involves contacting clients personally to receive outstanding monies and tracking and recording all contact. You will meet with Directors and Consultants on a weekly basis and report on outstanding monies owing. You will possess a strong methodical work ethic who strives to successfully meet KPI and targets
Education and Technical Knowledge:
- Desirable – Certificate III in Business Administration or higher
- Essential – Intermediate Microsoft Word
- Essential – Intermediate Excel
- Desirable – Basic XERO
- Essential – Intermediate Outlook
- Sound level of Telephone and Customer Service knowledge and delivery
