Tide Wine Bar is a very busy casual dining venue situated over the water on William Gunn Jetty in Manly. We are fully licensed, open seven days a week from 7am until late, offering breakfast and lunch/dinner meals, together with an all-day tapas menu. We are a 100 seat venue, and we’re regularly full for breakfast and lunch over Saturday and Sunday.

We aim to deliver great food at reasonable prices in a friendly, welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

We currently seek an experienced Chef to join our team.

The successful candidate must:

• be available to start quite soon
• have a minimum 6 months experience working in a medium sized similar casual/upmarket venue.
• be very customer-focused
• be reliable
• be trustworthy
• take pride in their work and bring creativity and fresh ideas
• work will in a team (as well as autonomously)
• take pride in their personal appearance
• have great communication skills
• be very friendly, calm and respectful
