A small company located at Crows Nest working in the construction industry is seeking a mature Bookkeeper / Office Assistant. Hours are permanent part time approximately 30 hours a week negotiable.
The role requires applicants to be proficient in MYOB and have excellent computer skills with sound oral, written and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to resolve issues. You must have good organisational and time management skills, to prioritize tasks and be able to work alone with minimum supervision.
Duties include responsibility for all accounts and financial procedures, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, payroll, invoicing and preparing monthly reports to be presented to the directors.
Administration is but not limited to managing all office procedures, liaising with staff, suppliers and customers and all office administration. You will also work closely with the Sales Director in preparation of quoting and controlling the data base.
