The successful applicant will be expected to undertake the following: 

• Troubleshooting desktop software installation issues with customers;
• Assist with deployment of desktop software products; 
• Ensure incidents are updated using Microsoft Service Manager;
• Engage with stakeholders and other IT Services staff to cultivate and maintain productive working relationships; 
• Be highly motivated and able to achieve results with minimum supervision.
• Have an excellent customer phone manner and customers service skills;
• Manage a list of incidents to meet agreed Service Level Agreements 
• Assist with testing of desktop software products; and
• Assist with software upgrades and desktop security patches;
