Receptionist & Registration Clerk

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Receptionist / Registrations Clerk who is passionate about Customer Service and has attention to detail.

Located in a family owned and modern automotive dealership, you will be working along side a dedicated group of automotive professionals.

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Meet and greet visitors to the dealership
  • Helping customers and taking messages, ensuring that information is relayed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Greeting customers and visitors to the dealership, and engaging with them and announcing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Monitoring and recording customer phone and walk in enquiries
  • Vehicle registrations, banking and general administrative duties

    To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Experience within any customer service industry will be highly regarded.
  • Maturity and experience dealing with customers.
  • Experience in administration with an attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be a strong team player.
