We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Receptionist / Registrations Clerk who is passionate about Customer Service and has attention to detail.
Located in a family owned and modern automotive dealership, you will be working along side a dedicated group of automotive professionals.
In your role you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Meet and greet visitors to the dealership
- Helping customers and taking messages, ensuring that information is relayed correctly and in a timely manner
- Greeting customers and visitors to the dealership, and engaging with them and announcing them to the appropriate personnel
- Monitoring and recording customer phone and walk in enquiries
- Vehicle registrations, banking and general administrative duties
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Experience within any customer service industry will be highly regarded.
- Maturity and experience dealing with customers.
- Experience in administration with an attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Be a strong team player.
